Nachiketa and Yama both represent two pre-requisites of knowledge. One is 'one-pointed', fearless, quest borne that cannot not settle to accept any consolation, unless it shall realize fact within its own self. The other is the custodian to esoteric knowledge but shall only manifest after its due confirmation upon the eligibility of a seeker.

Vidya & Shiksha both are necessary for a human that has manifested in physical form. Shiksha seeks furtherance through sensory drivers whereas Vidya transpires within an observatory at the depths of human understanding. Shiksha facilitates human life & Vidya evolves human existence. The knowledge of Upanishads is Vidya. As the great masters convey that the pursuit of knowledge under Vidya is a cooperative endeavor. The teacher & the student both seek removal of taint (अकल्मष) so that they access esoteric revelations respectively. And that is the objective of Upanishads.

Kathopanishads is a dialogue amidst an insatiable seeker by the name 'Nachiketa' & Yamacharya the teacher of Brahm Vidya (the science of soul). As their dialogue proceeds from one verse to another our burdened insight automatically drops undesirable holdings… and restores inner harmony. We start experiencing a different 'self' within, that is highly settled, unperturbed, and prioritizes inner harmony through any and all of its resolve. 1. There shall be around 34 classes along with three sessions of Vishes(special) Dhyana. The entire program of this learning shall remain online, and access to the online course shall come in the form of a link through email. The classes shall run daily, and their link shall arrive in your mailbox by 1745 hours every day.
2. Remember that the time for access to the class shall remain between 1800 hours to 2100 hours daily. The access to the missed classes shall be given after the entire course is over.
3. The duration of each class, in general, shall vary between 40 minutes to 65 minutes.
4. The classes are mandatory, with 11 notes to ground students understanding in light of this esoteric learning. The students shall have to pay for the notes. Admission to the course shall be only given on the purchase of its respective 11 notes. This knowledge is being bestowed to you in the form of ‘Gyan Rrinn Mukta… thereby releasing any monetary burden upon students in the light of course Fees. Mode 2 – 'Knowledge Retreat' at Rishikesh

1. The seekers that enrol into this mode of learning program upon Katha Upanishads shall be required to make their presence at Rishikesh for 5 Nights & 6 Days
2. The accommodation shall be preferably provided at one of the Ashram’s at the banks of Ganges. In the eve of unavailability of accommodation at the ashram the seekers shall be provided accommodation at a comfortable hotel near Ganges
3. The schedule of this learning program shall start each day with a session of meditation in the morning followed by classroom for around 3 hours soon after the breakfast. Seekers shall be given an afternoon interlude of around 3 hours in order to reassemble for the evening session extending to 2 hours. Seekers shall disperse for evening stroll and dinner. They reassemble for the last one hour session before retiring to their rooms
4. In total the dedicated teaching/learning time spent during this knowledge retreat excluding meditation sessions and outside visits shall remain around 20-22 hours. This time include the question hour sessions
5. During their stay the seekers shall be taken out twice to visit places of spiritual significance within and nearby Rishikesh
6. Sattwic vegetarian diet shall be served to the participants (seekers) at the ashram. Whereas in case an accommodation is arranged in a hotel then the vegetarian diet shall be served without any abstention to garlic or onions
7. The participants (seekers) shall affirm to strict adherence towards the discipline & schedule of this learning program
8. The entire learning program package is inclusive of Learning, study material, accommodation
   (as mentioned above at Rishikesh within half a km from the shores of Ganges at either side), vegetarian food (No lavish cuisines shall be offered in large number. Number of dishes in lunch, dinner shall not exceed more than 3 vegetables + 1 daal + rice + chapati + salad + curd/raita. Soup serving and deserts cannot be promised in ashram accommodation), 2 local visits around Rishikesh. All other transportation expenses in order to reach the designated place of learning program and return to their respective destinations are to be borne by the participants
   (seekers)
9. Merely for the sake of information to participants (seekers). Rishikesh has a functional All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in case of any medical emergency
10. The total package of this Learning Program shall provide accommodation upon Independent room basis unless participants (seekers) mutual wishful understanding is expressed to be accommodated with their friends. This shall be allowed on their written request and no expenses shall be reduced in the aforementioned case
11. As a special gesture the spouse of the participant shall be accommodated in the entire learning program at payment of merely 20% additional amount of the entire package per person
12. There is no provision for any cancellation or refunds under this learning program. In case a participant (seeker) has to cancel its participation to the booked learning program on account of some unavoidable circumstance then the same amount could be adjusted against a nomination by that participants (seeker) or the same participants (seeker) could avail its participation in the next upcoming learning program as knowledge retreat.
13. The maximum number of participants in one single batch shall not exceed 20 excluding spouse participation
14. The organizer holds the right to cancel the knowledge retreat in case of some unforeseen and unavoidable situation. In such an event the amounts of the participants (seekers) shall be refunded without any deduction except that those participants (seekers) offer to participate in the next dates of the upcoming Knowledge retreat of this learning program.

उपनिषद् अध्ययन के अंतर्गत अब "कठोपनिषद" के ऑनलाइन अध्ययन का समय आ गया है। नचिकेता और यमाचार्य का वह संवाद जो ब्रह्म विद्द्या का एक अनूठा मर्म है, उसमें से उद्भासित होने वाले अनेकों सत्य प्रत्येक जीव के लौकिक और आध्यात्मिक जीवन को बहुत बड़ा बल हैं। हम कह सकते हैं की कठोपनिषद का ज्ञान एक ऐसा बल है जिसके द्वारा जीव अपनी जिजीविषा - संकल्प शक्ति को अनेकों गुना अधिक प्रचण्ड बना सकता है।

1. वर्तमान कठोपनिषद ऑनलाइन अध्ययन लगभग 50 घण्टे का रहेगा। 
2. प्रत्येक कक्षा 1 घण्टे की अवधि (60 मिनट) की रहेगी। किसी दिन एक साथ दो कक्षाएं भी हो सकती हैं। 
3. अध्ययन हेतु मूल माध्यम हिंदी भाषा में ही रहेगा। मात्र कुछ शब्द अनुवाद सहित अंग्रेजी में होंगे। 
4. यह अध्ययन नोट्स सहित ही पूर्ण होगा। 
5. प्रत्येक कक्षा पूर्ण होने के लगभग 24 घंटे के उपरांत E-notes email के द्वारा भेजे जाएंगे। 
6. 10 कक्षाओं के संकलित नोट्स एक पुस्तक के स्वरूप में उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। प्रकाशित नोट्स उपलब्ध कराने की कोई समय सीमा नहीं होगी। 
7. इस अध्ययन के अंत में 3 कक्षाएं छान्दोग्य उपनिषद् के परिचयात्मक स्वरूप की भी रहेगी . 
8 . इस अध्ययन के साथ-साथ 3 सत्र विशेष ध्यान के भी रहेंगे। 
9. प्रत्येक कक्षा पुनरावलोकन हेतु 24 घंटे तक ही उपलब्ध रहेगी 
10. जिन साधकों की कक्षाएं किन्ही अपरिहार्य कारणों से छूट जाएँगी उन्हें पुनरावलोकन का एक अवसर दिया जायेगा। 
11. इस अध्ययन के आरम्भ होने से पूर्व प्रत्येक विद्द्यार्थी को अध्यापक सहित 2 से 6 घंटे तक की अवधि हेतु गायत्री जप की साधना में बैठना अनिवार्य होगा। जो निर्धारित दिन इस साधना हेतु नहीं बैठ पाएंगे उन्हें मेल द्वारा लिख कर पुष्टि देनी होगी की अमुक दिन वह इस साधना हेतु अवश्य बैठेंगे।
